Return Process

  Ensure your Meucci cue is in its original, unchalked condition with all protective packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back to our facility.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack your cue securely in a hard-shell tube or the original shipping box to prevent any structural damage during transit.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once received, our craftsmen will inspect the cue for any signs of use; approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
